Warranty and returns
Warranties run 5 to 10 years depending on model. Unused mattresses in original packaging may be exchanged within 14 days. We do not currently offer a multi-night sleep trial.
Warranty
Entry models: 5 years. Core models: 7 years. Flagship models: 10 years. Cover is for manufacturing defects when the mattress is used on a suitable base. Sag from wrong base, abuse or stains is not covered. Each product page states the warranty for that model.
Returns and exchanges
If the mattress is unused and still in original packaging, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. We do not currently offer a multi-night home trial. That is stated plainly so expectations stay clear.
